What you will do

As part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity for an intern to gain a 360° overview of the company in Europe and a 360° exposure of our top management, being involved in the workforce planning end-to-end process of all functions, including people and cost budgeting, monthly forecasting and headcount dynamics management.

You will be accountable and be quickly autonomous to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic work environment, with tens of colleagues from different areas in your network since day 1.


Specifically, you will be supporting the HR Controlling manager in the following activities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of budget/forecast for personnel costs and workforce planning, interacting up to HR Director Europe and HR Business Partners of all departments
  • Managing monthly closings and analyzing cost variances, working with Financial controllers both in our Head Quarter and in the European Countries and plants
  • Monitoring data accuracy in HR systems, connecting with all our colleagues in the markets and production plants to understand the reason why behind their cost calculation and submission
  • Maintaining several data bases related to workforce evolution and related costs to generate high level reporting and analyses to HR Director Europe, CEO and all our HQ top management


What you need to succeed

• Currently a student or recent graduate in Economics or similar field.

• Fluent in both Italian and English (both written and spoken).

• Excellent knowledge of Office Package, particularly Excel


We offer a 6-month paid internship that includes a monthly salary of 800 euros, a company computer, meal tickets, and high flexibility for smart working.
