Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Monthly closing with P&L preparation and explanation of the result
  • Analysis of actual variances toward budget/forecast and proposal of corrective actions
  • Preparation of forecast, annual budget and multi‑year strategic plan
  • Monitoring of logistic costs, packaging and inventory adjustment movements with focus on the deviation
  • Monitoring of material price variances with focus on the deviation
  • Standard cost definition for the new year with periodic monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
  • Monitoring of SOX compliance business processes
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Preparation of business cases and ad‑hoc projects

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or supply chain‑related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform variance analysis.
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
