Your Day to Day

As a CoE Quality Engineer you will lead Q‑CoE activities within your stream, identify, justify and implement improvements to existing quality processes, and execute improvements to product and process quality with a risk‑based approach.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in reviews and updates of the QMS documents related to the assigned project and ensure correct communication to all impacted stakeholders.
  • Support the factory team executing designed tasks and support the Business Process Owner (BPO) of the relevant manufacturing systems, fostering improvement while ensuring compliance with QMS requirements.
  • Track project/activity progress as per the defined project plan and recommend revisions to the timetable and resource requirements to keep all assigned projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Support the continuous improvement strategy by performing analytical studies, data and trend analysis, sharing and validating findings with upper management, and finalizing related reports.
  • Execute any internal and external training relevant to business functions on new and/or improved products, processes and/or technologies.
  • Carry out all activities ensuring PMI Compliance Policies, Standards and Laws are respected and integrated, and implement processes to protect confidential information.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1‑3 years experience in Quality / Manufacturing or Engineering disciplines in tobacco, food, pharmaceutical, consumer goods or a similar industry.
  • University degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or an equivalent scientific discipline, or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience.
  • Well‑developed IT and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality processes, quality tools, root‑cause analysis and statistical tools; product quality knowledge.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO and GMP.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
