- Guest Experience & Front-of-House
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through check-ins, studio tours, and class preparation.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and inviting studio atmosphere at all times.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Manage and update client profiles, bookings, and memberships in the CRM system.
- Support client retention by tracking engagement and following up with members.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting to support management insights.
- Sales & Community Engagement
- Educate guests about THRIOM services, memberships, and packages with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Assist in achieving sales and retention goals by upselling memberships and retail products.
- Help coordinate community events or activations that strengthen member relationships.
- Operational Support
- Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure smooth daily operations and class transitions.
- Maintain the studio’s presentation standards: clean, organized, and aligned with THRIOM’s aesthetic.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, and supplier coordination.
- Team Collaboration
- Act as a communication link between clients, instructors, and management.
- Support internal projects that improve efficiency and client experience.
