Chaberton Professionals , the division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team and design the financial architecture that will support the company’s growth within the broader international hospitality group. Reporting to the local CEO and with a functional reporting line to the Hospitality Group CFO, the CFO will be responsible for controlling, performance management, and financial governance across the existing Italian operations while also contributing to strategic financial planning for ongoing and future developments in the Argentario area and southern Tuscany. The CFO will play a pivotal role in translating strategic ambitions into financial sustainability, ensuring the right systems, processes, and disciplines are in place to support growth, profitability, and investment readiness. This includes overseeing financial operations for the two existing hotels, beach club, and staff residence in Italy, while structuring the financial framework for new italian destination projects currently under development. This is a rare opportunity to join a family-owned, equity-driven organization at a moment of transformation, helping shape the evolution of a hospitality platform that combines entrepreneurial agility with the long-term vision and governance of an established international group.

Our client is a leading Italian hospitality company, part of an international hospitality group, which in turn is owned by a Sweden-based global investment company shaped by entrepreneurship and committed to creating sustainable impact that lasts over generations. They drive the green transition, reimagine entertainment experiences, develop landmark properties and venues, and foster meaningful engagement with local communities.

The Group is dedicated to creating destinations that reflect the character, beauty, and cultural essence of their territories. In Italy, it currently operates two boutique hotels and one beach club, as well as a staff residence, forming the foundation of an established and growing portfolio. In parallel, additional italian destination properties are under development, reflecting continued investment in high-quality experiential hospitality.

Through architecture, community engagement, and experiential design, the company develops and operates destinations that redefine contemporary luxury, blending authenticity and refinement with a deeply human sense of place.

With an ambitious pipeline of new projects across Tuscany, the company is evolving from a local cluster into a portfolio of distinctive brands, each deeply connected to its surroundings yet aligned to the same strategic vision. This next phase of growth requires a financial leader capable of turning vision into sustainable value and fortifying the foundations for long-term success.

This is a rare opportunity to join a family-owned, equity-driven organization at a moment of transformation, helping shape the evolution of a hospitality platform that combines entrepreneurial agility with the long-term vision and governance of an established international group.
