Randstad LSS is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER & NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT for a communications agency, part of a global network.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting new potential clients for the company.
  • Engaging with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Lead Qualification: Determining the quality and potential of leads to ensure they are a
  • good fit for the company.
  • Pipeline Building: Creating a pipeline of new sales opportunities and passing qualified
  • leads to the Account Executive team for closing.
  • Brand Awareness: Strategically building brand awareness and stimulating interest in the
  • company & products or services.
  • Data Collection: Gathering information on potential clients, competitors, and their buying journey to personalize engagement.


Requirements:


  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and services with proven experiences in
  • automotive and mobility field
  • Verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify and understand potential clients' needs.
  • Understanding the early stages of the sales process and how marketing efforts generate
  • leads.
  • Sales and marketing tools, such as CRM and social media
  • platforms.
