Randstad LSS is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER & NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT for a communications agency, part of a global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting new potential clients for the company.
- Engaging with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Lead Qualification: Determining the quality and potential of leads to ensure they are a
- good fit for the company.
- Pipeline Building: Creating a pipeline of new sales opportunities and passing qualified
- leads to the Account Executive team for closing.
- Brand Awareness: Strategically building brand awareness and stimulating interest in the
- company & products or services.
- Data Collection: Gathering information on potential clients, competitors, and their buying journey to personalize engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of marketing trends and services with proven experiences in
- automotive and mobility field
- Verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects.
- Ability to conduct market research to identify and understand potential clients' needs.
- Understanding the early stages of the sales process and how marketing efforts generate
- leads.
- Sales and marketing tools, such as CRM and social media
- platforms.
