Why This Role Is Right for You

As a M&A Business Architect , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on defining the business and technical strategy for merge and acquisition projects, aligning with business goals, ensuring scalability, and enabling seamless partner collaboration through robust integration architectures.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will support manager and work with team colleagues, Business Product owners, Account/Commercial owners and IT departments contributing to the strategy definition, architectural solution designing, IT engagement for the M&A projects.

Your Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Be

• Needs & Requirements analysis – Detailed analysis of business requirements, interacting with the different stakeholders of Business Lines, in order to properly address the M&A strategy and design architectural solution and identify potential improvement or efficiency area. High level E2E impacts analysis and rough cost/plan estimations.
• Solution Design – Solution Design, in e2e integration with all IT applications, with the aim of creating values to business and processes; evaluate PROs-CONs of different solutions to support decision making, design the more efficient solution with a high level of automation
• Solution implementation – Drive and support the IT departments during the functional analysis
• Transformation management – Opportunities and risks analysis of transformation, acting for impacts reduction and providing proper tools and communication for change management

Essential Qualifications

• Knowledge of:
  • Acquiring and POS
  • Design architectural solution with top down approach
• Knowledge of effective decision-making strategy (i.e. pros-cons)
• Ability to define rough estimation
• Team working
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and root cause analysis
• English language proficiency
