In Ceres , for our offices in Milan, we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Brand Manager (internship contract ) to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, plant teams, and external agencies to support the growth and development of our brands and products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Marketing Manager and the plant team in develop new brands and products.
- Work closely with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams supporting them to analyze sell-in and sell-out brand performance.
- Manage relationships with external packaging and graphic design agencies for the development of packaging and key visuals.
- Ensure that brand identity and product visuals align with the company’s marketing strategy and goals.
- Support marketing team with brand analysis on sell out databases (iri circana & Nielsen)
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Trade Marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive event plans aligned with brand objectives and guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of Point of Purchase (POP) materials and collateral, including promotional items, signage, and displays.
- Work closely with field personnel to ensure seamless implementation of events, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
Requirements :
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
