Job responsibility:
1.Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection of the company's products, and related tests during the acceptance of the service project.
2.Carry out romote online support and the on-site service when necessary.
3.Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on the use of TBEA products.
4.Attending meetings with customer when necessary.
Skills Requirements:
1.Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fields
2.Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience
3.Ability to travel frequently,
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Dedication to problem solving
6. Good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipments
