Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within Leonardo's Service BU, specifically within the Quality, Governance & Change Management area, we are looking for a **Cost Planning & Control** specialist for our Turin office.The resource will be responsible for the following activities:* Support ILS Managers/Contract Managers in the economic budget/forecast process for planning total operating costs, verifying available capacity, and balancing make/buy, ensuring consistency with Division targets;
* Periodically preparesummary reports on the economic results of the Functions with appropriate variance analyses to provide decision support to the Function Manager;
* Analysis of Offer/Operational budgets, Economic Valuations, Risk Registers issued on CSS&T contracts;
* Support CSS&T functions in managing purchase requests/orders, monthly activity accounting, SAP support, etc.**Educational Qualification:** Degree in Economics or Management Engineering, a degree with an economic focus and interest in the technical sector, or a degree with an engineering focus and experience in management control and/or program control activities.**Seniority:** Junior or with similar experience.**Technical Knowledge and Skills:*** Ability to analytically and critically evaluate data received from company functions and to interact with them proactively and constructively;
* Knowledge of Earned Value and Work Breakdown Structure techniques;
* Aptitude for managing different types of databases, prioritizing data quality over quantity;
* Ability to synthesize and action-oriented.**Behavioral Competencies:*** Strong problem-solving skills and results-orientation;
