What will you be doing?

The Account Manager builds solid relationships with and provides support to a selected portfolio of Manufacture clients. They handle all day-to-day servicing, contribute to revenue goals, and increase Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Circana’s connection with Clients, building strategic relationships based on value.
  • Manage and support implementing Circana’s strategic approach to the client, creating business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs.
  • Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline, achieving commercial target on his/her client portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to bring the right solutions to the client.
  • Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in client service research within market research (consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated research).
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using data.
  • Good presentation skills and understanding of the selling process.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary software/database applications.
  • Advanced in all MS Office products- Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong team player with open and curious mindset
  • Fluent in English
