Cosa Farai
- Develop the Italian market, identify decision makers, and conduct meetings to craft tailored training and financial proposals.
- Qualify and understand the business needs of organizations.
- Demonstrate the ROI of goFLUENT solutions using success stories.
- Build lasting, consultative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deploy training projects.
- Participate in fairs and events.
Cosa Ti Serve
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience; preferably SaaS services at an international level.
- Ability to engage at all organizational levels, including senior managers and C‑level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Team spirit, motivation, and results orientation.
- Proactivity and adaptability.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies.
- Experience in the training sector is considered a plus.
- English level at least B2.
- Native Italian speaker.
